I have always been told that a woman's hair is her crowning glory, and I hold that now as a truth. In my opinion, well maintained hair has the ability to boost your confidence, and is the epitome of femininity. Booking and Policies
Cancellation
To avoid the cancellation charge, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. The cancellation charge is your deposit and will need to be paid again before a new appointment will be guaranteed.
A deposit is required to receive services, and will be added towards the total service amount.
Deposit will not be refunded for no-shows.
Late Policy
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so I can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment.
Refund Policy
The goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), my refund policies are laid out as such:
1. Services received cannot be refunded. I will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you, at no additional charge to you.
